Can I cancel at any time?
We hope that you will be delighted with the service we provide and remain a long-standing customer. However, if you want to cancel, you can do so at any time.
What if I used all my support time?
We will always try to do our best for our customers and keep all the work within the monthly fee, but if we see that what your needs will not fit into your plan, you will be able to buy some extra hours. We will let you know in advance and get your approval beforehand.
How many tickets can I or my customers submit?
You can submit unlimited tickets as long as it will stay within reasonable support time limits of your plan.
How do you provide white-label WordPress support?
All you need to do is to create an email for us (e.g tickets@yourdomain.com) and we will connect it to a white label inbox that has your signature and company info.
Do you offer design services?
We don’t offer design, however, you can send us your design in any format that works for you and we will implement it for you on the site.
