Create a ticket from the FIXRUNNER MEMBERSHIP dashboard – Recommended

After you sign up to Fixrunner, you will get access to the membership dashboard. You can use the member dashboard to create a new ticket, track your ticket status, and check out our free WordPress video tutorials. Here is a video that explains how it works

Create a video with your request (optional)

If you find your issue difficult to explain in writing, we suggest that you use Loom to record your screen. It is very simple and easy to use. Here is a video that explains how to use Loom.

Create screenshots (optional)

In most cases, a screenshot will suffice for us to understand the issue. If you want to add images to your ticket, we suggest using Lightshot. It is very simple and easy to use. Here is a video that explains how to use Lightshot.


Our site chat is always available but is not our recommended channel of communication in an emergency. The optimal way would be via email.

What if I have an emergency?

As mention above, we monitor our ticket system 24/7, so in case of an emergency please email and in the title of the email put EMERGENCY and your website URL
We always reply fast, especially in case of an emergency!
When you submit a request, you will get an automated reply with your ticket number. If you did not get a ticket number that means your request is not open yet. If you’re not sure if your ticket is open feel free to reach out via chat.
