Create a video with your request

If you find your issue difficult to explain in writing, we suggest that you use Loom to record your screen. It’s very simple and easy to use. Here’s a video that explains how to use Loom:

Create screenshots

In most cases, a screenshot is enough for us to understand the issue. If you want to add images to your ticket, we suggest using Lightshot. It’s a very simple and easy-to-use tool – we even use it ourselves. Here’s a quick video that explains how to use Lightshot:

FIXRUNNER MEMBERSHIP Live Chat

Our live chat is always available on our site. However, in case of an emergency, it’s not our recommended channel of communication. In fact, the most efficient way to let us know about any urgent issues is actually via email – we monitor our email and ticket system 24/7.

Our phone support is available Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST for members with an Advance, Advance+, or Advance++ plan.

What if I have an emergency?

As mentioned above, we monitor our ticket system 24/7, so in case of an emergency please email us at support@fixrunner.com, and in the title of the email write EMERGENCY and your website URL.

We always reply lightning fast – especially in case of an emergency!

When you submit a request, you will get an automated reply with your ticket number. If you didn’t get a ticket number that means your request is not open yet. If you’re not sure if your ticket is open, feel free to reach out to us via chat.
