They just need to submit a ticket with an explanation of the problem and their login info – and we’ll take care of the rest. They will pay directly to you and won’t ever have to hear about FixRunner. How does it work?
We’ll get you started!
First, you’ll need to sign up. After that, we’ll create a branded membership system and website for you, with recurring payments set up (all of the customers will be paying you directly).
Then, you’ll need to create a support email for us, e.g. email@example.com, as well as a subdomain for your website, e.g. support.youragency.com.
After that’s all done, your clients will be able to sign up on the new website and get access to the ticketing system. Each submitted ticket will be assigned to one of our developers and immediately resolved. Your clients will get all the support, backups, security checks, and issue fixes they need – all on your behalf and they will never have to hear about FixRunner.
On top of all that, we’ll take care of the regular website maintenance – security and malware checks, plugin and theme updates, and we’ll send them detailed reports every 2 weeks.
How much can I earn per client?
How much you want to charge your clients is entirely up to you. From FixRunner, you’ll get a permanent 10% discount on all maintenance plans and you can resell the plans for whatever price you choose.

Why is there a 3-month minimum membership with all plans?
Every new website that joins the program needs more time and work to set up than an existing website needs for regular maintenance. With the 3-month minimum subscription period, we’ll have the time to make sure everything really works perfectly and you’ll have the time to reap the full benefits of our service.
