When you add an image to WordPress through a URL, you can enhance the appearance of your WordPress blog or website with free images from the web.

Did you know that adding images from other links shows the image from another site’s server? This means that if the website owner of the site with the image changes, amends or deleted the image from there site, that this will alter the appearance of the image on your site. Be aware that linking to images in this way doesn’t mean that you own them ,so they may be subject to change.
